Loads. But I think they have got this really strong. I went yday to has a look. It's priced silly high and you get nowt really. The seats they are trying to relocate people too are the PC. You wouldn't even be too benefit the half time refreshments ! I just want them to be bloody better. Not charge an arm and a leg for this. I don't know a single person who was there last night, getting the tour and proposal who is happy. Blame the **** corporate decisions. Not the fans.
But how can you say 'It's just a bar' when there's clearly lots more to it than that ... ... and it's not compulsory, not everyone wants what you want. How many people do you know who 'were there last night'.
I am not sure commenting on what I want. I was there last night and not a single person agreed to the offer. Everyone was disappointed. It's an extra 1200 to move seats and get less of an offer. It literally is just a bar. There is no free bait. ****ter seat. It's even termed as a general admission plus!! Unless you have seen it , spoke to the club and people involved , you have no idea. As usual, because it comes across as a poor comment against the club, booom you're here, question the poster instead. Once it would be class if you said, they could do better. Because they have screwed up again here.
My Grandson lost interest in football and consequently attended very few games this season , his younger brother can’t wait to start going to go to games but isnt quite ready yet so when the renewals came in I went along to put his name on his elder brothers seat / ticket to keep things right for next season . Because of this it wasn’t now classed as an early bird purchase and I had to pay an extra £55 plus a £1.50 booking fee , I have been going to matches for over 63 years and luckily I am able to afford this for my Grandchildren but needless to say feel aggrieved at my beloved SAFC charging £56.50 for a straightforward name change on a childs ticket .
In the future the Grandchildren will get older and will go up to the next age bracket so might as well bite the bullet - must be a silly old bugger really but hopefully they follow their Grandfathers lead and become life long supporters !
Absolutely. Having you're owned name ticket is important. Irrespective of the silly financial penalty imposed.
Hopefully mate, you have to do these things. I expect the club have to guard against people changing names on tickets that have accrued loyalty points, etc ... ... or using them for the wrong age group.
I’m not being pedantic here mate but the ticket you bought is for the first name. I think they’re basically saying that, it’s a season subscription.
I said before it stinks of Americanisation. Not getting long and loads of the region will be priced out.
Don't we have some of the cheapest season tickets in the Championship? And how does opening a bar, at a NE football ground, stink of Americanisation? People are always complaining about the catering and this provides food, drinks, live music and player appearances ... ... but it's only for a tiny minority who actually want to pay for it. Seriously, what's the problem?
Surely it's like any new venture, football or otherwise ... ... they'll set it up and adapt it if it doesn't initially work. As i said earlier it's not compulsory and only for a tiny minority in any case. I remember people saying that building the Hilton, next to the SOL, was idiotic.
Ultra section to be announced soon. I've emailed the club to get the Early Leavers Snatch Squads at our next game to note SC numbers so nee of them f ckers can apply. Wonder who the capo is going to be? Iptv? And who's brave enough to play the drum?
It is. Waste of time though. Be a millions words and ........ To not put any single negative on any single decision. I have seen nowt like it me. Just constantly boot licking. Literally every single person who I know that is involved in relocation from the BCB and have been to see the options, in person, are really unhappy. Not here though, everyone else needs to accept we are on the up and whats the problem. Not sure why I even reply now. Same people said the mag takeover in the BCB were rough traders
Regarding the Founders club, they are trying something that may or may not work. They have to use the limited space and ground configuration somehow to try and grab every penny they can. Some may not hit the mark, some will, some will need amending but literally every extra pound they generate fund the playing side. Constructive comments will help them improve
Fair point mate. Guess the proof will be in the pudding. I always thought it would just be a fans bar for before and after the game for anyone to enter
To be fair there are pubs all over town, and now Sheepfolds, if it's just a fans bar you want. This is something different and wouldn't work if anyone could pile in. Imagine getting to the stadium and being turned away because it was full of Millwall fans. You'd have to turn round and go back into town or wherever.
