No ladders or cherry pickers taking them food and warm clothes, no spectators stood watching and when they are ready to come down let the ****ers climb down then lock them up.
At some point they will need a **** or feel very hungry and in need of food, they would soon come down with no attention and help.

To be fair, I got no actual problem with the guy up there, suppose he is actually doing something of sorts that comes at a cost to him when he goes to court.
I think what pisses me off is the amount of attention we give them, in the sense of bringing everything to a halt, like they did with the JSO protestors. He'll have to come down eventually once he needs sleep, you can't deny the requirements of your body clock.

People will wonder why their commute or their trip has been ****ing ruined, they will be told "cos some dickhead climbed a few feet up Big Ben with some Palestinian flag."
The reaction isn't going to be "Oh really? Man, this is Israels fault then" they're just going to think "why did that dickhead think it was ok to ruin my day with his silly flag and dirty toes?"
The problem with idealistic people is they don't know how normal realistic people actually think, they think EVERYONE is an idealist like they are. They're completely disconnected.

To be fair mate, there's not a lot the government can do to stop someone being a twat. Has long as he's happy to do the time, it's his life.
Also I don't blame him for the over-reaction of our emergency services. Although the cost will probably be taken into consideration at his sentencing, I'm sure it was with JSO.
That's the sort of thing the police should do.
