It will be a one-game ban, won’t it? Straight reds for fouls are only one-game. Dissent is usually two and violent conduct is three.

Both Burnsy and Baz have said it will be three. Not sure what we do up top without him.

Cracking point is that after going down to 10 men on 13 minutes at Bristol City. Well done City.

Ruben talking on RH is not happy with ref...No committal on sending off. But apparently according to Pedro he didn't touch their lad.
Gaffer not pleased with ref on pen. Sounds as if the bloke fell for it. Singled out Pandur for praise. Proud of the lads and we have a decent squad. Said if it was 11x11 we'd have the 3 points.

If it’s classed as ‘serious foul play’, then it will be three. Club should appeal it though based on the fact Pedro pulled out of the challenge to avoid injuring the opponent.
out of interest does it "cost" anything for the club to appeal. If not why not appeal?

personally i think pedro was full of adrenaline after the goal, and he jumped in to block the ball with his legs, instantly realised hes gone in way too harshly and backed out
no malice at all from him

but i also see how the ref sent him off without var

good lad he is

and i think it benefits us going forward, one of those 'defining' moments for me with how we stood up and defended excellently

From the Bristol forum - "No idea who he is and never noticed him before, but based on 90 minutes would sign him in a heartbeat! He did this weird thing where he caught the ball, will never catch on..."

It's obviously a bit tongue in cheek with regards to catching the ball, but the thing is, I've always felt Pandur does catch more than most goalkeepers. They often commit to parrying or punching. He does occasionally too but he also catches stuff that I expect him to parry nearly every match.

He also did this thing where he raced out to beat an attacker to the ball, Burnsy criticised him for not collecting it but I think he was actually using a clever technique that I've not really seen before. He tried to keep is body out the way and just kind of stab/punch the ball away from the attacker so as not to give away a penalty.
