This is basically two ****e teams and it'll be on who ****s up the least. So far, that's Spurs, as we've ****ed up at both ends of the pitch.
It’s called rules mate. They might not be very good rules but they are rules all the same and were voted on by the majority. From what I see the only way City and Chelsea are complying is by what’s considered under handed means, which does give them an unfair advantage. City are now appealing these rules with some success, so it’s likely you will start to fish in the same pond. Whether it will make any difference to yours and others success, only time will tell. I’ve heard over the years, the games been ruined by millionaires, now it’s billionaires and if City and you get your way it will by sovereign fund owners. I genuinely hope it all implodes.
Liverpool have both the highest XRC - ARC (red cards) and lowest XP - AP (pens) in the league. They rarely ever get players sent off for the same thing other clubs’ players get sent off for AND they get more penalties for the same offences that other teams don’t get penalties for. Covid title 2.0 incoming.
I know they're rules, but it appears the club's that are allowed to spend the most money now don't think it's fair for other clubs to spend more money than them.. Well why? Also rules being voted in my a majority doesn't mean it's right or fair for a competition. Regardless this is all secondary to the point I'm agreeing with, which is that the club's that spend the most win the most.
To be fair, it looks like United are resting players ready for our other cup final (against them next time out)
I’m not sure I’ve seen anyone say “x” club can or cannot spend. What I’ve seen, mainly from Sucky, is how certain clubs are currently circumventing the rules in place. That’s a whole world of difference.
