Chippy: Yes that must have been the one. I was wrong about France venue and scrubbed that off! Tks!

Thank god i missed that mate as i might have had a decent bit on that. Thats one O'Mera likes alot isnt it? Still not won has it?

Already put Sporting Edge up last night on the naps thread but he is 4/7 so I will change to a more sporting selection - Current Climate E/W in the 3.10 at Fontwell. Best hurdles form by far was on soft/heavy at Folkestone where he finished like a train and just failed to catch the winner. He was shouldered with top weight on his debut run over fences a couple of weeks ago and jumped OK before tiring - I suspect the going was way too fast for him, but at least that will have cleared the cobwebs. I expect a more pedestrian pace today (26F soft) and he is dropped 7lbs by the handicapper, so hopefully at least a place will ensue <ok>

Best of luck everybody.

Just beaten into 2nd at 14/1 SP :)

Dexter: Shouldn't hang the guy for one bad game as he was a damn good goalie, but do you remember that World Cup game when Spain went out in a penalty shootout? Zubi let in all of them, if he had just stayed still he would have saved them all. For each attempt, he did the weirdest twisting half-dive I've ever seen as the ball flew over the top of him. He lost a lot of brownie points with me after that game!

Correct Swanny...towards the latter stages of his career he let in several howlers.
