Can make arguments for both and will come down to individual preference. GTA has more to it due to being in a modern setting and therefore having more variety of missions/vehicles etc whereas RDR is far more immersive and slow paced and carries a bit more of an old school vibe with the hunting etc.

I prefer RDR2 as I don't ever play games online and like to immerse myself in them and take my time rather than the chaos of GTA. GTA better for a short play but rdr2 better overall imo.

Arguably GTA V isn't even the best GTA too...

got all the other GTA’s…got annoyed trying to play them a few months back…my youngest was on them because he’s autistic and a bit special, I thought I’ll have a go too.

the story line is supposed to be better with that Niko geezer being the main character but the gameplay is terrible compared to 5. Can’t play the others once you play 5 and playing 5 make the graphics look amateurish. I think most people choosing the older ones are just suffering from nostalgia tbh.

I hear RDR3 is in production

I played GTAV online for a bit years ago, but got bored with it as I just used to get hunted down all the time by people with loads of superior guns etc.

Liked the Coop mele rumble things, there was one at the prision which was fun. One on one last man standing wins, no guns just baseball bats, knives, golf clubs etc

I presume you're talking about the later heists and DC stuff like that though ?
yeah, there's ****loads of stuff to do, and every few months they release more stuff. If you're getting griefers, find the counter to it, a 'duke o death' will do for most situations, and that's free. Or just move servers to a private invite only one. Then there the creator, create any race or job you want and invite people, like this.

You’d have fun switching between Bartholomew, Beatrice and Poppy as your main characters init

One wielding an umbrella, the other a killer shopping trolley whilst Bartholomew launches deadly cow pats at people.

I thought Rockstar were just concentrating on GTA6

If they did a RDR3 I'd like to see it set during the Civil war. Battles between the Confederates and the Union.

I played the original 3D trilogy last year and while GTA 3 is pure nostalgia and doesn't stand the test of time Vice City and San Andreas are still pretty epic.

San Andreas especially had a great storyline and arguably the best map of them all whilst having the uniqueness of the gang wars. That was also the first advanced one with jets/swimming/jet packs etc

San Andreas was epic.

But GTAV map is that and more

Thing I prefer about the SA map is more than one city. You've got 3 different cities in there instead of one giant one and loads of countryside.

Loved the Las Vegas rip off too.

I'd actually forgotten about Vegas and San Francisco in that map. Yeah it was epic

Driving between LA and Vegas in those dusky pink sunsets was cool too

Far cry New Dawn for me at the moment, I've always liked the game series nothing special but a chilled game with plenty to do.
Playing Indiana Jones at the mo, currently in the Vatican taking pictures of stuff.

Been decent game so far. Some good cut scenes and not come across any mysteries that were to difficult to work out, so far anyway <laugh>
