This is my concern. Same with THB and Bednerak. Yes they will do a job in the championship but unfortunately our clueless ****s of owners have goldfish memory so by the time we’re 1st/2nd or in the play offs next season they’ll have convinced themselves that they must be good enough for the PL because they walked the Championship.
It’s why we have struggled with strikers this season. Anyone and their mum knew we’d be fine with Armstrong and Adams in the championship but only a moron would rely on them in the premier league literally a season after they already got relegated cause they’re too **** for it. But hey, that’s what we did!
I think we need to stop this narrative. The people running the club next time around are going to be different from this time. So you can’t really say that.

Not knocking him but just wondering why he hasn’t tried to get to the goal line, even against the full back.
He has done well with Hutchinson, defensively.
I know owners like saving money. If we have centre backs who are doing well and are in form in the championship I can absolutely see them saying “well why do we need new ones?”
And I can see any manager, Director of Football or fan with two brain cells to rub together saying "Because you did that last time and were the worst team in the Premier League ever."
I wish I had the same faith but unfortunately we’ve stuck with them for so long I just don’t see them changing despite the fans all seeing the obvious.
