JURY IS STILL OUT on this one RA, I would say that so far Kemi has just about edged most of the PMQ's might have stalemated on one or 2 at a pinch. He has adopted a scripted reply and watching his actions it looks like he is being "coached" to add certain mannerisms when replying to Q'S / Exchanges. He never ever gives a straight answer and some of the things he has been pulled up on are whimsical ... like he voted solidly against them .. or he has since attempted to "steal" the merits had already started and are succeeding! [ think it was one or 2 weeks ago he got shot down in flames claiming a success but it was a tory one he had voted against ]
I go a lot on facial expressions and deliverance .. with the body mannerism that should accompany it, had for 4 years in one of my jobs [ redundant 5 times all ceased trading ] of quarterly / 6 monthly training sessions to read peoples body language!
