So what's everyone's gut feeling on which they'll do?

I'm now edging toward just a 8k upgrade of a stand.

Extended SJP would be 60,300.

New ground 70k.

Both underwhelming tbh.
A new ground at 70k, with all the add ons that brings would be absolutley amazing.

I’d prefer a few more thousand capacity, but even if it is 70k it would be incredible. To have a stadium that pisses on the Spurs ground would be ridiculous. I just hope they factor acoustics into the build and keep it close pitch side.

Yeah this.
70k would still be immense. Especially in a modern stadium with extra facilities. The revenue opportunities (including stadium/stand naming rights) would be massive.

But like you say, the real key would be keeping the atmosphere, not creating a huge stadium that feels dead.
