Why? He's only young, just sitting on the bench at villa. Move to Saudi, play with Ronaldo. Have 2 or 3 years over there and then try and get a big move to Europe at 23, 24.

 

I’m not sure performing in Saudi earns you a big move to a good club. Absolute farmers league

His potential is really good but I think he could do a job immediately

 

He’s not the versatile forward is he though? Not saying he’s not an interesting proposition just doesn’t seem to be what RLB has been talking about since ELF

 

Could be after multiple players tho, Vale can play RM, LM, AM or LB so he might be a versatile forward - just can't play as a CF

Then a striker to add to the squad would make a good window

 

I would be happy with a perm. Good player.

 

Just think the current dilemma is that:
Le Fee > Aouchiche as a LW
Le Fee > Rigg as an AM or Mayenda as ST

We have to decide if Rigg is a better AM than Aouchiche is a LW, and i think right now thats the case.

 

I think this is probably about right. Imo he has been in and out of games so far. Hasnt impressed me hugely. You can see the underlying ability, but it has only come to the fore in flashes.

Everyone wanting him through the middle. That is his position. One or two little red flags for me about him playing there in this league. Only one way to find out though.

Might sound daft but I'd be disappointed if we signed him on a loan but would be delighted if we signed him permanently

 

Just had a glance through the last 20 or so pages since this morning, and the only think that comes to mind is this…

can we please stop paying attention to the echo? They genuinely have zero idea of anything that’s going on and all they do is rehash story’s that’s been muted at their own, plastered on their website with a catchy title and slapped with a tonne of ads over a nine page article to drive income.

I get your point mate and don't disagree but you could also look at is Le Fee better as an AM than Rigg, than he is better as a LW than AA

 

I think that makes sense tbh, but thankfully sounds like any deal will essentially be free
