Neil needs to sign this contract. This really getting close to the point of no return. That's strong language but it's valid. The more it runs down the vultures will be offering stuff that will just sway him. The club won't let his value drop that much too. He is too good of a player.
I am more confident in Cirkin signing a new deal.
Would be a good option i think. Different to what we have. This for Kone is mean.

You have had doubts about Neil signing for ages mate. Is it he knows he can play at a higher level and earn more sp is holding off?
Be gutted to see him go and of all the players he is one I'd expect to sign before you started having doubts. Local lad and lads fan etc...
It’ll be a really sad day when Neil leaves like. Hopefully that isn’t any time soon

I have. It's valid too. Won't going into specifics. TBF if we don't go up he has served his time and outgrown us. No harm done. But this that feeling that worries me with the fee and contract etc.

Makes sense because Gueye is 35 but dear me, no offence to Dan because he’s playing well at the minute but if he’s the calibre of player Everton are looking at after years of terrible recruitment they’re really going nowhere fast. They seem content with being the 16/17th best club in the league. Just seems like a proper Everton signing tbh.
If Neil gets a prem move I’ll be delighted for him and follow his career with interest like I have with Henderson and Pickford.
