Guess who's back ...... I hope the hen party treated you well Mouldy ...... and Plym I'll have you know I was well behaved and only had one drink all weekend .... bummer or what lol ..... the schedule was so hectic that athough I had a smashing time, I'm absolutely shattered at the moment .... we saw Ray Winston recording something yesterday and got him to shout out "Green Army" lol .... gave us funny looks though when he was saying it ..... if anyone is going to the West End go and see either "Blood Brothers" or "Priscilla Queen of the Desert" both were excellent ! Hope you are all well and you all had a lovely weekend !

Hello Gat, glad you had a great time.

As for the hen party they were a very rough bunch and if they come back I will make sure I am no where near the place. I have bruises on top of scratches in places where there should not be any and teeth marks on my antlers! :emoticon-0106-cryin

Apart from that I had a good time.

You go to London to avoid the English Mrs LaLa..............can be very nervy at times up town...........when you realize your the only english/british speaking person around..........walking......on the bus.....in the train..............London is swamped with foreigners.........and they are not all tourists.............immigration control is non-existent whatever the government tell you.

This is becoming a problem in the south east........ over-crowding and housing.

Bet you have a spare room plymborn and could help out.

Glad you have had a good weekend Gat. Your mate was chained to her ironing board all weekend but hey, what goes on behind closed doors......... One drink all weekend? Have you taken to drinking straight out of the barrel now? I haven't been to London for some years now but it is a knackering place if you are doing the tourist bit. A lot of the places are within walking distance of each other. Trouble is if you do 3 or 4 of them in one day then it is a lot of walking. If you managed to drop into my pad then I hope Igor looked after you.

Not been to London since the 90's but I remember everyone moves fast and for some strange reason you try keeping up with 'em <laugh> some good times were had in the Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Sq, Covent Garden area which if I remember correctly was along the central line route.

I used to have to travel across london to get home at weekends from Northwood. It used to make me laugh where people would get off the metropolitan line at Baker St and race to the next platform to get a connection. I could never quite bring myself to join in the running. When you got to the platform the connection had never arrived and all the runners were still there. Got into Paddington and some of the same people would sprint for the platform to get the train which wasn't leaving for at least 15 minutes. I got headhunted for a job in the MOD at one time which I turned down. I could not spend 2 or 3 years in that place even if it would have gotten me promoted in the end. A visit every 20 years or so is enough for anyone.

Sorry you were so badly manhandled Mouldy, thought the bouncers would have stepped in to help you .... I was knackered cos we arrived at our hotel in Bracknell at 2.30pm had to be ready to leave for the city at 4pm, then it was find somewhere to have something to eat rush to the theatre then rush back to the meeting point by 11, back to the hotel by midnight quick drink in the bar until 1am yapping until 2.30am .... up at 7am down for breakfast for 8am back on the coach to go back into the city to do some shopping and then at 2.30pm we headed home ..... as I said had a smashing time and we found a smashing chinese restaurant for 10 of us the bill came to £124 and its the best chinese I've ever tasted. Marty Pellow was doing the narrating at the theatre and OMG one of the women in her 40's became a love struck groupie .... it was really funny..... Sensible he wouldnt let me in your dungeon as you hadn't given me the password, so it was as you left it cos I couldnt get in !!!!! Lala I would avoid Covent Garden it was full of expensive tat lol

I did wince at one or two places Mrs lalala mentioned as being full of expensive tarts never mind tat Gat. I will fire Igor the next time I'm in town. If he couldn't recognise a Janner wench from the pasty she was carrying then he deserves to be fired. That's what you get with minimum wage eastern european's from Transalvania.

Not supposed to be Gat. Minimum wage is the same for anyone wherever they come from allegedly. I go to Folkestone as I've said on here before and that is somewhat overrun by persons originating from abroad these days. I feel sorry for the locals in that area in general who had thousands descend on them and the local authorities were left to sort them out themselves with no help from Government whose Border Agency had let half of them in illegally. It always sounds as if people are being racist when they complain but it has nothing to do with colour or origin it has everything to do with numbers and local people being disadvantaged with housing and jobs and the like. They don't hate the people just what it is doing to them in their own backyard.

Gat, the bouncers had their own problems. The last time I saw Rory he was being dragged into the ladies toilet and as for George he leapt over the bar and out the back door into the yard and away with a couple of the 'ladies' after him. He didn't have many clothes on!

Quite like Scampi and Chips hp_bedoboy so thanks. It is indeed a good day for football. greenjock is probably quite chuffed as well except he is holding onto his roof right now given the weather in Scotland. Talking of missing people has anyone seen mexijan lately or has he been arrested after a night out in a Mexican tavern somewhere.
