My issue is that a lot of this are from being over competitive. In many ways his biggest strength is what rules him out. He needs more composure.

Surely Mepham will be on Premiership wages and we will only sign him on a long term contract if we go up ?

I don’t think we’ll be after him but he can play both sides and through the middle can’t he?
