Firstly, I wouldn't actually mind Forest winning it ... ... but to give some perspective ... the total cost of our squad the season we won the title was around £25 million - the 'net spend' was likely under £20 million as we sold players like Chris Wood and Andrei Kramaric ... our major players in that title win, like Vardy, Mahrez, Morgan, Huth and Schmeichel all came up from the Championship with us... and cost a combined £3.5 million!

My point being that Forest's current situation owes a great deal to significant spending since they came up ( Ipswich too for that matter ) - don't begrudge them ... FFP and PSR are a farce ... as I've consistently said ... trade constraints - ... wouldn't surprise me to see Forest docked points later in the season if it looks like they might stay in a CL spot
It’s not significant spending compared to the rest of the premier league and certainly shouldn’t have them anywhere near 2nd place in the league…
