Good morning guys - we actually finished in profit yesterday after landing 3 winners to end the day… IF you followed the points system. This is despite having some silly luck - 1/16 lost, 1/100 lost, a faller, etc.
That tends to be the difference between winning or losing - did you follow the staking advice?

No - lost again.
We have plenty of losing days so make sure you follow advice to win on the winning ones.
SOUTHWELL
2.55 BARNABY 8/1 - 0.5 EW
I’m not really interested in betting SOUTHWELL today the only bet I’m having there is a small 0.5 EW on BARNABY who is 8/1 and 4 places paid. This is the only class 4 race on the card the rest is class 5/6 affairs and without any info or shouts and nothing in the tracker it’s best left. BARNABY we know well. Won well for us at Newcastle - he went on a streak winning 4 in a row. He’s now 20lbs up and the handicapper looks to be catching up with his progression. He ran well in 3rd at Newcastle last time out and today must do the business from the dreaded stall 12. Still worth a small EW chance in my opinion.

I have two short price trackers running here today KAP QUEST at 4/5 (12.10) and INTO THE PARK (2.30) who is 7/4.
INTO THE PARK has been well supported here and nothing else seems fancied in the market. KAP QUESTS race isn’t as easy as it looks but he should be able to get the best of DON’T WIND ME UP today…
3.05 - COCONUT TWIST 22/1 - 0.5 EW
A 7lb claimer today puts COCONUT TWIST on his last winning mark. The form has been sketchy, since his win at Newcastle in May he’s struggled at his revised mark but has put forward a few fair efforts. I simply think this price is too big today and he’s worth a bet with 5 places paid. Shouldn’t mind the ground and will hopefully put a stinker run behind him from Ludlow last month.
3.40 - CATBOY 11/2 - 1 point ew win & SINDABELLA 8/1 - 0.5 EW (6 paid on sky)
I have to say I really fancy CATBOY to run well here and think the EW option with 6 paid is decent hence the bigger bet on CATBOY than the other EW’s today. He is due to go up 5lbs after this and should be competitive today if he can handle what will be very difficult ground. Small saver bet on SINDABELLA who was the beaten fav LTO. Although only 3rd in a race expected to win - he showed a good attitude to take 3rd place after a few mistakes. Worth staying on side with at a bigger price.
