A clear hand ball and they allow the goal to stand.

This is pointless. Pure unadulterated cheating.

Handball Leading to Goal

In March 2021, the International Football Association Board (IFAB) announced a change to the handball law, effective from July 1, 2021. According to the new rules, accidental handball in the build-up to a goal will no longer be considered an offence if it does not directly lead to a goal being scored or a goal-scoring opportunity.

In other words, if a player’s accidental handball occurs in the lead-up to a goal, but the goal is scored by a teammate or another player, the goal will be allowed to stand. This change aims to reduce controversy and inconsistency in handball decisions.
