We got our daughter the same, for Cardiff, could only get 2 tickets together though, so wife is going in with her and I'm going on the piss, booked a couple of nights in a premier inn, make a weekend of it.
Bottle of special edition 16 yr old Lagavulin. New ice axe, crampons, various bottles of red wine. Had a few hampers of various contents bought for us both from friends. More stuff from family to open later after dinner at sister in laws.

Hope they hadn't ramped up the hotel prices. I got a Premier Inn for when Elbow are there, and the next thing, once all the hotels had cottoned on, they double/tripled the prices.
I'm not sure that the pop diva gig if it is that is for me but if she is now using the newer tracks then might go see her. Interested to see what you think.
