Those sausage rolls look nice. Not sure about goose in white bread, although cutting the crusts off would hopefully mean a more tender bite, and I can overlook the fact it's still white lol....having said that I've never tried goose so I wouldn;t take much convincing, after I've been a pig and eaten all the sausage rolls.
Real butter and the white soaks up the fat it's essential that it's white. Not often that's the case though I agree.Those sausage rolls look nice.
