When did Rohl leave us? I know he wasn’t here when Ralph was sacked and from memory it was before SR took over that he left?

Corberan would still be my first choice but I doubt he’d want the job

August 5th, 2019.

Oh so well before Ralph left then, and SR taking over.

Still think he’s more of an end of season/summer type appointment due to the risks of appointing him now, but who knows if he’s even on our radar/we even have a radar that extends beyond Staplewood

So they’re struggling to find someone reading between the lines. Wonder if they’ve heard of Danny Rohl?
I read something the other day (from someone pretty reputable, I think) saying Wolves hierarchy really admire Corberan but are a bit on edge about how he would be received by the Wolves fans. He was asked in his press conference the other day about whether he could ever swap Albion for Wolves and he just said he was focusing on the next game and didn't want to focus his energy on talk like that. I think the same piece also said they want someone with prior PL experience, though

Yeah I did think of him for them but the obvious WBA link might put an end to that one. If you are looking at Championship managers then he really does stand out to me.

Wolves should just go for Conceicao and hope he does a Nuno

Arsenal struggling to create clear cut chances against Everton. Has the feel of a breakaway goal and a 1-0 to Everton, he says trying to jinx it.

Ipswich love to throw away leads this season

It’s because they aren’t very good. If Wolves can sort themselves out and start getting their talented squad to playing how they should do then the relegation “battle” will be worse than last years
