Saturday 7th December 3-00pm

Another away day in Pompey with another sold out away end backing Bristol City. This is a game city should bring three points back to Bristol come 4.45pm.
Pompey have struggled to acclimatize to the championship this season sitting bottom of the championship table. Pompey have only won one of there last six games beating Preston 3-1
City are showing some promise and put four goals past Plymouth last week-City should be to strong for Portsmouth and i see a away win 3-1.

Nice to see Marlon Pack wanting to see Bristol City get to the promised land in his interview this week.
Was a great player for city at the time and did us proud.

Liam Manning has a strong squad to choose from once again and going into the xmas period will be crucial with games coming thick and fast.

January is just around the corner and if Bristol City could bring a proven goalscorer onboard either as a loan or signing, it could get very interesting in the second half of the season.

It’s supposed to be very unpleasant weather on Saturday in the south and south west with wind gusts up to 60-70 MPH

So now, what on paper looked like a fairly straightforward point or hopefully three, could be a total lottery thanks to the great British weather !

I’m up near Warrington this weekend visiting my dad and my sister’s family.
I’ll be keeping an eye on the game from afar.
I always fear these ‘should win’ games. Portsmouth are scrapping for their lives and we could end up with injuries.

WX IS LOOKING QUITE BAD AT THE MOMENT FOR PORTSMOUTH AREA ... centred on SOUTHAMPTON ... .. a real intense 30 mile+ front of heavy rain ending in the next 2 hours!
 
I AM ON TOP OF A HILL HERE Whitchurch / Stockwood area so far been fairly calm! odd gust maybe 40 mph but most wind is strong breeze moving 10cm 15cm branch's maybe 30cms - 40cms on the twiggy ends
AS FOR RAIN ... not much wind, it has in past 12 hours moved from WSW to WNW
 
A WIN TODAY would likely only cement our position in the top 10. GD aside we are joint 10th now on points a draw could take us to 1 place higher !!!
 
Reports say we’ve been very much second best so far
Need to change it if possible if we’re being given the run around by the bottom of the league
