I fear for the Syrian people now. I believe they’ll have to suffer Al-Assad’s dirty bombs again as he clings on to power.
 
I have no doubt this sudden Syrian rebel advance is funded by the US, Russia invested so much in supporting the Assad regime

As per most of the middle east which was clumsily thrown together by the imperial powers in the early 20th century, Syria probably shouldn't be one contiguous country. Splitting it into four or even five smaller states each reflecting the various ethnicities who live there is almost certainly a wiser path forward.

Not necessarily. It does work out like that a lot, though. Iraqs new leader seems a lot better than Saddam Hussein.
 
It looks like Al-Assad could be out of a job in the next few days. They’re closing in on Damascus now apparently.

Aye I think so too. Think we could well be seeing him dragged around like Gadafi if he sticks it out.

Funded by the US and directed on the ground by their special forces. Probably ours will be playing a part, too.

They should take him to the City where he let the dirty bombs off on his own people. Just dump him there and let the locals take revenge.
