Yeah I don't drive into London anymore, so it will not affect me. The rest of my family use trains, if I needed to go into the City I would do to. So I suppose the desired effect is happening, and at £4 a throw during peak times, any dart tag drivers will maybe think twice whether cutting across off the M25 during delays will be worth the extra cost. So all round it's win win for the City.
