Hopefully a better draw than last season and a good away tie at somewhere like Carlisle or Notts County ...

... somewhere we've not been for a while, decent allocation and a chance to progress.

The FA Cup draw is scheduled to take place on Monday, December 2nd, 2024.

A time is yet to be confirmed but BBC Two has TV coverage scheduled to start at 7pm GMT.
TV channel: The draw will be streamed on free-to-air television BBC Two.

The third-round will commence on Saturday, January 11th, 2025.

Honestly hand on heart, Newcastle mean absolutely **** all to me now used to love the rivalry but that went when the begged to be taken over by the Saudis. I wouldn't watch them if they were playing in my back garden.

Mags in the office have stopped trying to wind me up as they know I don't give a toss about them anymore.

Also don't give a toss about the FA Cup like!

I have lovely Mag relatives and we’ve had fifty years of banter between us …

… they hardly ever mention football now which is a big shame.

You’re right about the rivalry, it’s gone for many people.

We would like. Any defeat against them is rotten. Think about it man
I normally do think it about things thanks. Other than a bit pride but you would have one of the richest clubs in the world against maybe one of the youngest teams so thinking about it…hmmm should only be one winner there right? One club that has lost its identity to a questionable State against a club that is all about grass root players, local community and doesn’t buy fans. If you fear defeat going there that’s for you mate. Me if we get this draw then we are going there to win and clearly can do. We are a different team under RLB than we were under Beale. Faint hearts mate but I respect your thoughts as I think about things…

Who are people fancying in the draw then?

Spurs away would be a good one for the new stadium. Or just somewhere with a big allocation.
