Admittedly, it would require referees to have some knowledge of the natural movement of the human body, which may need to be part of their training.

The last page of debate, conjecture and discussion just goes to underline what a load of bollocks VAR is and how it is ruining the game. Looking forward to next year in the Championship.

Van Nistelrooy the new Leicester manager. Very knee-jerk decision IMO

    I’m not.

He might not turn out to be any good there, but it’s a move I think we absolutely should have risked.

If they now sign Gimenez in Jan from Feyenoord as a result, I’ll be doubly annoyed.

Struggling to see the logic in this.

When did logic enter the world of football?

RVN may turn out to be amazing. But as others have said, he has zero experience and any experience he has is with a big club. It is one thing to take over Man U for a few games whilst you have a new manager incoming and another to keep a middling to low team in the league.

He may be the best thing since sliced bread, however as I know nothing about football. Being an ex forward there is no way he will get them pissing about at the back lol.

He did manage PSV before with some success, won the Dutch Cup with them and resigned rather than was sacked.

Be interesting to see how he gets on. Doubt he would’ve taken the job with us, as has been shown another PL team in a far better position than us would offer him a chance

Exactly. Won the Dutch cup with them, and had them in second position.

I would’ve been fine with giving him a chance but, rightly or wrongly, his stock was very high after his high profile cameo at United so he was likely to get better offers.

As has been discussed to death that is the situation we have put ourselves in by sticking with Martin.

I'm all now for another Hughes type appointment. Only till the end of the year, bonus to keep us up and then say goodbye whatever happens.

Ugly football is ok, just somehow perform a miracle and if they do, don't keep them on under any circumstances!

Unfortunately because of how the Hughes thing ended up and then doubly especially because of how quickly they hired Ruben after one game, I do not trust them to think this way at all.

I would happily have Potter or Moyes until the end of the season. At the very least I don’t think the football will be as suicidal and the defeats will feel as inevitable as they do now. We are no better now then we were mid way through the championship. It’s shocking to me that some here just think “**** it, it’s already bad we may as well stick with it for another 6 months”.
