... and it's no where near 4 months with 'the workforce' either. Not even 2 months for many of them, a fair few who were also new to the country, not just the club. I do sort of agree with this though tbf ...... "He used the phrase “heart attack football”. It is, but with no end product. The stats don’t lie. Acun wanted entertaining football, we’re not coming even slightly close". There's some signs, but still a long way off. Jury out, hoping for and expecting better between now and the next break.
It depends on how you look at it. We signed 10 senior players last season and players like Philogene or Morton weren’t in the building until the last day of the transfer window, so they didn’t have a preseason. Our first line-up after the close of the transfer window was: Ingram Vinagre – Loaned in July. Greaves Jones Coyle Seri Slater Twine – Loaned 17th August. Traoré Delap – Loaned in July. Connolly Tufan is missing, Philogene is missing, and Morton is missing. They were some of our most important players that season. My point is that just over a month after the transfer window closed you were jumping on Rosenior saying a manager of any talent would already be getting more of the squad, but like you’re saying about Walter, Rosenior probably hadn’t had enough time with our newest and best players and he was, like Walter is now, still trying to work out how players like Philogene could get up to speed and fit into the team. Never mind having to do it all again in January. If someone feels they have seen enough of Walter, how is that any different to how you felt about Rosenior?
Sorry I can't help you if you can't already see the massive differences in situations last season to this!! No point me wasting my time.
I must be buying your share then as I’m buying bloody loads… winning **** all but buying loads lol… in it to bloody win it… just a ****ing tag line for idiots like me …
