The PL have been found to have knowingly implemented unlawful rules that breached competition law.
They were warned by Man City and chose to still implement them. There is no coming back from that.
Those that voted to implement them are finished. Intentional Competition law breaches can carry severe financial penalties. Businesses can be fined up to 10% of their global turnover. So theoretically the PL and every club that voted for the original rules AND the amendments are on the radar.
PL clubs cannot sue each other I hear you say. Wrong. CAT overrides the PL arbitration process as it concerns application of UK competition law.
