The Times journalists Lawton and Ziegler are reporting to have seen the revised APT rules document that has been sent to all PL teams in advance of the new vote on 22nd November. According to them, the definition of 'fair market value' has softened and reference to 'normal market conditions' has been removed entirely. They believe the changes will, if voted through, allow inflated related-party sponsorships, to some degree.

Reject the new terms... they are on the back foot.

They claimed they'd won now all of a sudden they're trying to sell a deal.

A key point is that the revised proposals are said to be the result of meetings of the Premier League’s legal advisory group and financial controls advisory group, not a 'suggestion' from a Man Utd/Liverpool/Arsenal/Spurs. So, likely legally forced rather than driven by protectionist self-interest.

Apparently, according to The Chronicle, Liverpool, Man United, Brentford, Arsenal, West Ham, Bournemouth, Fulham and Wolves are all against these changes and after the tribunal results were made public, tried to back the Premier League in the hope of keeping the rules as they were.

Well it sounds encouraging... the only fair result is of course a cap that is the same for ALL clubs, but the parasites don't want that and they don't want any other clubs getting any closer.

    The new "rules" are inevitable.

Any measure that restricts a businesses ability to invest and compete is anti-competitive. It's the law. It is therefore irrelevant what the red cartel and their minions think. The PL realise this. They need to comply to survive.

    Man City has destroyed them.

    We are coming. And soon.
