It's only the fptp system we have that makes the government look like they have a "landslide", would have been very interesting if we had a fair and representative system like PR. Lab/Lib/SNP coalition?

Would have for many elections... the Tories benefitted for decades ... 1 MP for Little Fartington with it's population of a few thousand and 1 for hundreds of thousands in big cities ...
 
Interestingly, or not, I was curious anyway: this government has the lowest share of the vote, 33.7%, of any government in the last 100 years.

I did explain this at length. 33.7% is more than one in three. Take out the Green & LD voters about another 20% and you are left with 40-45%. Split that two ways and, unless you have a very uneven split there isn't enough to challenge Labour, end of,

Seriously, why do Reform worry you so much?
The very most they will achieve is taking Tory votes and giving Labour a free ride'


The trouble is that they see it as the exact reverse of that, the Tories are depriving them. Unless one shuts up shop the right are royally fecked.
