The consequences being an alliance between Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, Turkey looking at leaving Nato, Africa kicking out Nato troops for Russian, Chinese influence growing there too, all the wee countries we love to put embargos on for having free healthcare applying to join BRICS and BRICS countries almost completing World Island Theory, mention of the petroyeun being a replacement for the petrodollar, all while everyone looks at us saying our Middle Eastern colony can murder whomever they like, age being no restriction.

The only difference is that Ukraine borders Russia, so its in Russian interests that its neighbour is not part of a military alliance against Russia.

My point would be that you can't condemn one illegal occupation whilst celebrating another. Doesn't matter how much of a cùnt Zelensky is it's not him that's getting pounded into the ground by Russian airstrikes.

Putin isn't the hero in this scenario. He's caused the slaughter of 100 of thousands of his own people and Russian speaking Ukraines he said he was invading to save.

Maybe I wasn't clear, I was talking about the Middle East.

However you raise a great point. I'm sure a Nato membership for Ukraine with the freedom of the US Navy to dock in the Black Sea would indeed look exactly like an annexation of Crimea, by the West, to Russia.

Who were they fighting since 2014. Other Ukranians who didn't want to lose their Russian heritage.
What Ukrainians wanted was peace. Its what Zelensky promised. Its what the voted for after the coup.
