I’d usually agree but they need a lift and a little bit of positivity. It’s been an awful season so far
And away to Leicester this weekend who'll see Everton as a 'must win' game ... ... another loss and their confidence will be down the pan imo. I can't see Palace or Wolves going down so this could be Everton's year.
Interesting but is that factually correct, don't they mean lose their first five? Surely they only need to draw to fail to win their opening five games ... ... whatever the case I hope they make in 'six in a row'.
1-1 draw against a relegation rival away from home isn’t a bad result but they really need that first win sooner rather than later Crystal Palace and the Mags are their next 2 fixtures - both at home
Friedkin agree deal to buy Everton. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cvgld03w3q7o Just need to win a game or two now. oh and Moshiri’s daughter Azadeh on BBC news is a bit of all right.
I love how they hoy the worth of the owner in because in years gone by, that meant something, now it means nothing.
Their new stadium... good, or 'poorly planned death trap that's cost a million times more than the SOL' as I call it. If you can bear the grating voices of the presenters this gives an idea of what to expect next season. For all the traditionalists, who've been going to games for the last fifty years you'll be pleased to know you'll have, in the away end .... Baby changing facilities Gender neutral toilets Quiet rooms A petting zoo Half time yoga and meditation classes Fair enough I lied about the last two but you get the idea. Although why anyone would take babies to a match, worry about getting their knob out in front of strangers or go somewhere extremely loud, if noise bothers you, is a conundrum, From looking at this the concourses resemble the SOL, there's very little parking and you'll have to leave after 60 minutes to beat the traffic. If there's a fire you'll have to swim for it or risk being ploughed into by the fires engines and ambulances coming towards you.
Its for people with autism, to allow them to enjoy the game without the sensory issues that affect some people with the condition and prevent them going. Basically an inclusively measure.
