Haha you're a funny bloke. No I didn't go to the Chelsea away game actually, it was a Sky match so I watched it in the comfort of my living room.

The point is that you are in an overwhelming minority when you're stating that Folan did a good job for us. As I said he was a 'super-sub' in the promo season but failed to do anything after the opening Premier League game vs Fulham. Has been given a fair chance but the fact is that he isn't a Premiership striker, hence an MLS club want to take him

He was decent in the Chelsea game, he was decent off the bench in our promotion season, outside of that he's been largely a waste of a wage, as proved by the fact that your the only bloke on this site who's not sorry he's on his way. I wish him well, but he's a sicknote and he's cost us a fortune, £4.3m to date, which equates to £67k an appearance.

No wonder some players dont perform for the club. All the **** they get on boards like this, I wouldnt want to put the effort in either. I wish him luck in the states and remember, he still pulls our shirt on at the moment!

The players don't read message boards and even if they did, criticism on here would hardly be a decent excuse for not putting in enough effort.

Just a quick (and genuine) question for Tigga and TWF. Are you the same person or not. Easy to shut people up, just say you are (or are not). Seems easy.

Didn't the ball go in off Folan's backside?

That's alot of money to waste. Wonder how many assists he's got?

And yeah one ***an shot deflected off his leg and he actually scored the other with his own shot, he got both goals.

i would suggest anybody that had gone to the majority of the games over the last few years, sees why very few are sorry to see him go, the fact that the odd moment stand out a country mile says it all...
i reckon josef fritzel did the odd good DIY job around the house...doesnt mean id give him any builder of the year awards tho..

There you go, another self proclaimed pundit who thinks he speaks for the silent majority. When will you realise that the world does not end at the bottom of a message board and that the few who take out their frustrations here generally talk to their own ilk.... And may I add that your attempt at wit is just about the worst I have come across.

    no you may not..
maybe its just all the fans who sit around me, all the fans i talk to at work, all the people in the pubs i go in before the game then that are wrong, and you and the voices in your head that rate him..because i genuinely have never met 1 fan who will be sorry to see him leave..
dont need to be a self proclaimed pundit to read somebodies goal scoring record, or to see them be offside 12 times a game, or to see them be pushed off the ball by people half there size..its just an opinion, happens to be shared by many...thats irrelevant, let others have there opinion and stop sulking because nobody agrees with yours..

For me Folan was one of the great dissapointments when we reached BPL, I genuinly thought he would do ok in the premier not set it alight but stand his own, pound for pound so to speak. He really thought he was better then he was.

May I suggest that if every person you have ever met in your life is of the same opinion that you need to get out more and broaden your acquaintances. Now I am shrewd enough to realise you tend to exaggerate and are prone to hyperbole but can you name me a single game when Folan was offside 12 times ....or even 6 times....or I will make it easy for you 3 times?.... And can you give me not 10 or 5 or even 2 but a single instance when he was knocked off the ball as you suggest?....and I will give you examples of 10 other players......if you continue to argue your case at least give evidence instead of meaningless generalisations....
