Big call that.

Where do Spurs fit in, in all this?

Around 7th I reckon.

I’m really disappointed with our summer window and I think Europa will take its toll. We don’t seem to have improved one iota from last season either tactically, it’s piss easy to score against us despite having good defenders, the system just leaves them all exposed.

It will be entertaining though!

As a neutral anyway.

Lots of goals and unpredictable.

It gets a little boring in the end for us personally.

We make 200 passes in the hope of knocking a low cross into the box to be slotted in for a tap-in but then get sucker punched with 1 direct pass from the opposition because our defence are told to basically take up midfielder’s positions. The worst thing is us fans know it’s gonna happen 5-10 mins before it does, it’s like clockwork.

Needs to move away ... fast becoming the whipping boy for disgruntled fans - easy to pick on him when really the team just ain't that great ...

Yeah I was thinking he needs to move, but not an easy decision when all you've ever known is the club you are at. Same sort of decisions Kane had to make at Spurs, only positive I'd say to Rashford is age is still on his side and at least he's got trophies to his name. Chose a club abroad though, don't become a Sterling running to dead end clubs the last two years.

Well Slot must be happy, three straight league wins and no goals conceded unless ive just jinxed it.
Been Very impressed with slots early tweaks to the side, we look just as lethal going forward and much more solid in midfield and defence...so far.

Lots of hunting in packs made easier by slot wanting them much more compact than Jürgen ever did .

Players seem rejuvenated by the new tactics and training drills which is good management, man knows he can't come in like moyes at utd and change everything completely overnight

Mo seemed very happy and confident very much enjoying himself. Completely destroyed Man Utd and I wasn't expecting that.

Not sure what to make of Slot yet, early days, I'm tempted to say he's still riding off the back of Klopp as I didn't really pay any attention to any pre season changes that were made.

I should have watched the interviews at the end but couldn't be arsed.

So far he's said all the right things, kept it humble and also respectful of how loved klopp was by the fans but also been assertive in expressing his own style will obviously come over time and that it's not too far from what they've been doing for years.

The shape without the ball is visibly clear, I'm still to work out what the fullbacks have been asked to do different but trents been as effective as ever in that respect.

He hasn't made any tweaks!

Go out there and do what the other bloke used to do, fair play that's a decent situation to walk into.

If we don't beat Southampton next time out, I'll be after Ten Hag.

Losing in a shoot out to your lot I can get my head round.

The players might be the same but the system has definitely changed to a more controlled way of playing

You don't think he's going to do anything at Arsenal then ?
