I just think he's a very selfish player so will fit in absolutely perfectly at Arsenal.

Well that makes no sense at all, as Arteta has rebuilt team togetherness at the club and it's probably the best team spirit we've seen in years

This is after a well documented clear out, shipping out selfish players like Ozil, Aubameyang and Pepe etc

It's been revealed that Chelsea are playing a whopping £225k of Sterlings wages for him to play for Arsenal, with us picking up £100k

That's absolutely mental, and a sign of the chaos at Chelsea that they've been forced into accepting that deal after Sterling was frozen out.

and you don't think Sterling is selfish <laugh>

You only had to look at the Chelsea team to see what was going on there, with Sterling at the front of the pack. I use to like Sterling but my opinion of him changed when he went to Chelsea, it's clearly an attitude engrained in some players, and Arteta has clearly showed himself as a poor judge of character as he heads towards bottling another title.

You get nowt for coming second, at least with Man Utd they got an FA Cup in their trophy cabinet. Arteta was just another season of failure who you hyped up in the same way as you did when you beat Villa 0-2...the rush of blood to your head started exceptionally early.

Yeah, still makes no sense. Why would I think Sterling is selfish ?

I think I trust Arteta’s judgment better than yours <laugh>

Because it's all about him and not the team, he's just another Saka and that trait of diving. Arteta's an absolute div, that's living in the past, I can see what he's trying to do by taking on the Pep reject - wasn't good enough to get in the team and wanted more minutes on the pitch, but even Chelsea rejected him in the end. £225k....let me say that again £225k <laugh> what a mug.

That’s quite a rant lol.

And Chelsea are still paying his £225k for him to play for us. They are a mental club.

Low risk for us. They pay the bulk of his wages, we have no loan fee and he gives us another option up front.

I’ll sort out a nice Raheem gif for you though when he does score <laugh>

How bad must Sterling be for Chelsea to pay £225k for Ateta to take him off their hands. :bandit:

They just buy players for fun and then either freeze them out or loan them out. Look at Ben Chilwell, England LB and he’s being made to train away from the first team.

Their treatment of Sterling has ended up with them being forced to pay the bulk of his wages to play for one of their rivals. That ain’t normal

Glad you think he’s **** though, coz I’m gonna remind you about it every time he’s involved in a goal for us <laugh>

Is that the same reminder for the last three years that you were going to win the title, how did that work out for you, how many decades is it now?
