Mehlem and Millar looked good first half and have had good spells dont know how you make that determination.
The strikers have been here 5 minutes. Bedia starting for the first time today
Drameh has played 25 minutes of football this season so again how do you make that determination?
Mehlem doesnt do enough to be classed as 'good'
Millar makes a lot of bad choices
Bedia has played 117 minutes
Burstow has played 95 minutes
Drameh has played 220 minutes including pre-season which I think gives a spectator a good idea

Of the 15 signed... 8 have played...

Lets have a look...

Palmer... sub today
Giles... played most games and he's Marmite
Drameh a couple of appearances and then injured
Mehlem and Millar played most, see today MOTM
Burstow One start 2 subs
Zambrano 2 starts, read todays MDT and MOTM
Bedia 1 start 1 sub also in the MOTM list

So thats your list.... and I quote you,...

"some are cheap or play as if they should be cheap maybe they will get better but maybe most won't"

HAVE A WORD WITH YOURSELF...
Drameh played three games pre-season as well so 220 minutes in total
Burstow 95 minutes
Bedia 117 minutes
Jarvis? You missed him out.
MOTM!? I'm sure that list you are looking at is of City players only. If there were 16 **** City players some would still get in the list of MOTM. It's an incredibly low bar today.

Are you genuinely suggesting they don't try things out in training?

It takes time to click. We saw it when Rosenior came in too. He quickly shored up the defence and then it took a long time to start getting attacks looking fluid. The possession first tactics didn’t help at times but made us more solid usually. The intensity is massively increased in a competitive match at this level as well so it's not like a training session is it.

It would have helped to play a couple of piss weak teams in preseason perhaps.

As for it looking like the players are strangers, right now they literally are.
What they do try out in training doesnt seem to be very effective going by what they do in competitive matches.

Drameh has looked fine. Seems daft to write anyone off after very limited time especially when playing together

Peter.... we didnt buy Jarvis....

It’s actually not that bad and we still got a few to be integrated if there is a problem it’s not on the pitch or the manager maybe you need to look higher up.

youre acting like we've lost every game 5-0
its not that bad at all
I'm not judging our play based on scorelines
I am judging it by how well we play together
today we lost most 50:50 balls
we never seemed to know who to pass to when we were attacking

I dont understand your point
Higher up are the people who made the signings
Surely the point of the signings was to have them play well on the pitch
I accept that the players can play better as they get used to each other
but I dont know which of our players would interest a side aiming for top 6 in the Championship

I'm not sure how many of these players the "head coach" actually wanted and most were forced on him later in the window. He can only do so much in my opinion. And for them not to give him a decent striker or holding midfielder when both are supposed to bevital to the way he plays is criminal. The book stops with Acun, Tan and the "brain team" imo

The point is if people didn’t have so many more important things to do or other interests then these transfers would have been sorted a lot earlier giving the manager more time with the squad to get it ready, they knew what they were going to do who was going and what was needed but for weeks nothing was done except getting rid of people.

Seen texts from people internal at HCAFC just now saying there is noTW style and he’s not popular with players, they hate him and he is an idiot, wow, that’s scary

it is if it is going round in texts and if players have said something but he was Acun choice although I suspect not his first choice like he said I just had image in my head of all the other managers interviewed doing a runner after a meeting.

Dont you think I was pointing to the same thing when I said: "Higher up are the people who made the signings"

Foreign managers never work out for us for some reason. Silva was ok but still took us down
