Fofana, had 2 loans last season in 2 different divisions as a 20 year old, albeit not a great record he was involved in 8 goal involvements at 2 very high level leagues including scoring against Napoli in the Champions League... now 21 with the experience gained from last season there should be no reason why he can't be a star for us in this league... if the attitude is right of course.
I think most players are mental for going there but he'd be mental for staying at Man Utd. If there was nothing else on the table, then even Chelsea is a better place for him.
Fulham signing a Lyon forward so probably cost us the Orban deal, only could afford to lose 1 forward probably https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/1829624438725190072?s=46
We've had a lot of players who have had unsuccessful loans and then turned out to be ****ing ace. Welbeck and Amad in particular spring to mind - written off on the basis of a poor loan, ****ing class once they got here.
No deal sheets in the EFL anymore either, so everything has to be signed and sealed by 11pm. They can be announced after then obviously, but paperwork needs to be signed and submitted in the next 45 minutes.
