They not in the past though and never have been.

The Gallagher brothers have been prolific music makers after Oasis and both have used Oasis songs at their solo gigs, and it’s always manic when they do.

I guarantee you, the world wants this. Will be some of if not the fastest selling shows of all time, any genre.
The world?

Just an expression but if you like. They’ve sold 75million plus and that’s before the billions of streams.

Tunes used on shows worldwide. They toured America.

So yes, the world.

Seen how big they are in Asia. Massive. At their height, absolutely ridiculous. South America too. Only have to watch some of their documentaries to see it. Pure stalker level obsession.

Seen them at old Wembley, mint. Hope they absolutely smash it.

Wonder what lineup they go with. Roll out Guigsey and Bonehead or Gem and Andy Bell.
I think Ringo Starrs lad was drumming for them at one point.

You hear people say ‘I hate Oasis’, then ‘insert 6-7 tracks’ is a canny tune though.

Then 3 or 4 they didn’t know were Oasis cos they were b-sides. The b-sides album sold more copies than some major bands biggest albums.

‘it all sounded the same’ - it ****ing didn’t.

‘they are ****ers’ - probably, but **** me do they own it and back it up.

Every stag. Wedding, lads night, sports event whatever you wanna name has had an Oasis yeah tagged to it when everyone sand along and bonded.

So many links to so many people, so many lost memories that come back.

On a really personal note stuff I had in common with my Dad and Sister who I had a spiky relationship with for years. We are now as close as anyone I know.

No issue at all with folk who ain’t fans, don’t rate them as a bad etc, but people should never underestimate the absolute and mountainous cultural significance of them.

Rarely has a band united people like Oasis.

Bought their albums. Still listen to some. Quickly got bored with them though. Repetitive and samey on a lot.
They're a bit of a glam rock sounding beatles tribute band <laugh>

Liam gets right on my tits, especially his nasal screeching voice ffs
Quite like Noel, the talented one <laugh>
