I'm being serious he's not into making changes. It's his style that's his way and he definitely delays and delays because he's against making changes.
He only brought him in vs West Ham after his previous subs were injured and after months of being ripped apart at left back. Hall is the perfect example. Howe doesn't make changes easily at all
Subs also he never makes any changes until it's too late 9 times out 10. He definitely isn't into making quick decisions
I think he will. He realises that he is probably our best midfielder. Joelinton and Bruno close second. Willock and Longstaff next. We have a good midfield. We should be absolutely fine this season.
Cheers mate..I'm not being critical tbh it's the way Howe approaches things and that's his right as manager. It's just something I've noticed and I think heard him say a few times. Obviously there's going to be exceptions people can point out, but in general terms he doesn't like changing sides and he doesn't make changes easily at all during games.
He will of course. We need him. To play as players will be tired. There’s no doubt he isn’t class. But our best midfield three will be Tonali Bruno and Joelinton with Willock and Longstaff supporting. Longstaff has a role to play just not always as a mainstay CM:
