Cant believe I got up at 4:15 am to watch that dross. " I'd rather lose 3 4 than draw 0 0" - well with the new man and new players thats what we are getting 0 0 draws. We really never looked like scoring and I was surprised that Millwall did not snatch a winner. But as someone else pointed some players need time to bed in and get use to playing in "Walters style" - well I hope that is the problem. Hate to say it but we missed Seri and as for his replacement, Zambrano, well we are never going to see what he can do unless his teamates give him the ball.

You keep shifting the goal posts of why you’re not impressed.

Last week we looked too open on transition, we didn’t at all today.

Millwall scored 5 in their opening 2, didn’t get a sniff today outside of set pieces.

We’ve lost 64 out of 68 goals scored last season, i really don’t know what you were expecting…

Admirable to have some loyalty for Rosie. But move on. He's gone. Support our boss and not Strasbourg's.

Before the season started predictions were we'll get smashed. Well we haven't been. These opening games are the worst version of us we'll see all season. It's only getting better. So I'm quite confident we'll do alright.

    Just my opinion of course.

I get the feeling some people in particular want Walter to fail because they’re still not over Rosenior getting sacked.

I’m happy to support Walter just as I did Rosey.
In my view he’s almost playing the same standard Rosey did with a much worse squad, so fair play to him.

My main problem with today was that the beer holders are new. They’re really stiff and don’t easily take the plastic pint ‘glasses’

    Sort it out Tim!

*game was a bit **** too mind you

Rosenior was sacked because he didn't make the most of the squad he had, in the playoff places in Jan then Acun gave him a load more good players and we got worse.

Clearly a bit of that. So desperate to say I told you so they're going a bit premature.

It’s slightly more on the front foot than Rosie but only just.
The heart attack football so far is the passing around at the back which is no different to Rosie.
It’s early so I’m not getting too worried but there’s a lot of work to do

I think the issue was that Rosenior was building something - it didn't always work and was a work in progress, but it was possible to see his aims and what could be when it clicked.

For his own reasons, that many agree with, Acun decided to effectively rip it up and start again - it seems odd to do this and then TW to be employed to start again without the standard of player he needs for his system. Hopefully it will improve in the near future... Just have to wait and see.. exciting times.

I think you're wrong - the people who slagged off Rosenior are the same ones slagging Walter, Arveladze, McCann etc etc

Erm, I’m not really sure what to make of that.

There’s no point in judging anything until the full squad is assembled, but if I’m honest - we look like a standard Championship team playing a modern, yet standard, Championship way. Im not seeing loads of innovation.

We’ve clearly got to give it time and I’m happy to do so - but there’s a lot of work to be done. Hopefully we get through that work quickly.

The big positive is we aren’t losing.

Not read much of the thread. My take on today - about time Millwall took their ****e league 2 football to league 2 and stopped polluting the championship. We struggled to muster a decent chance against what is surely the crappest team in the league which is our downfall, but they did every thing they could to stop any football being played

I don't know about you guys but I would expect 6 to 9 points from these 3 games, considering it is 2 home games against low-mid level teams in league.

As Acun said if we are really gonna show our "seriousness" to this league, we are just making serious statements about lower half table.
