It is a Saudi government department (the Financial Sustainability Committee of the Ministry of Sports) which has to approve all signings by their clubs.

The problem is that the money is unlikely to be reinvested in the squad and the defence looks fragile without the organisational ability of Hoedt. Players were caught out of position for both of Watmore's goals (following individual errors) and Millwall could have scored several more goals on another day.

TC was on SSN earlier - when asked about Hoedt leaving he replied that he wanted him to stay & that Hoedt was happy to stay.
