You're complaining that we're potentially getting a good player rather than another club? I thought complaining was my thing.
I'm not surprised. We've struggled on the whole for a decent atmosphere at the MKM, so I don't think it's a shock. It's all been a bit meh this summer and we weren't great in the game either. Considering many City fans were disappointed that we finished 7th last year, it would be hard to put a positive PR spin on finishing 16th. I think we'll finish higher though but it's still a bit gloomy at present and it's a scratch side that's relying heavily on players that weren't considered good enough 12 months ago.
Thank christ for that, can’t wait to read their forum and Twitter tomorrow, all week their fans been saying the usual ****e He won’t go Hull, we’ll hold out for prem clubs to get him, we’ll get £10 million in January, too good for Hull, etc LOOOOOOOOL UTT
And our fans don’t say that when we sell a good player, you can’t blame them they obviously thought he was good enough to go to a bigger club not disimiler to our fans with KLP or Bowen or Greaves.
Be interesting to see what Baz says regarding the fee, he's consistently said fees are lower than what is being widely reported all summer. I just can't see us paying £7m for a league one CB, no matter how good he is
Don’t want to ruin anyone’s evening but BBC Sport Manchester have just edited the tweet and removed Hull City. Just saying they’ve accepted a bid now and no mention of which club…
Radio Manchester has changed the tweet from 'accepted a bid from Hull City' to just 'accepted a bid'. Maloney also just states 'that club'. There's going to be uproar if someone has come in late and beat us to him
