Mess of a goal and game over.

another note but it’s only a matter of time until Rigg becomes a starter and I don’t think it will be much time. I want to see him coming on in cm and not out on the right. He can make things happen and can change a game.

Fully fully agree. Hate him out on the right. Needs to be rotated with Jobe for me.

who you dropping for him in midfield? Not being facetious. It’s a tough one. Jobe and Browne were great on Saturday

I think we’ll see a few of these going out on loan / sold after this game. No more opportunities in the cup and some are clearly no where near good enough for the first team

Dunno if I’m an idiot or just blind faith but I’ve enjoyed this, good seeing some of the lads we only see get cameos and seeing what they’re about even if some haven’t set the world alight, it’s one thing playing in a mix match squad to one or two coming in amongst the regulars

Grim second half. Sub was an indication of how serious we are taking the game.

The starting line up told us that to be fair.

I've no issue with it personally. It's very early in the RLB reign and he wants to see more of the squad in competitive action.

Hopefully this gives a little more clarity on what needs to be done in the last weeks of the transfer window and shows which players need to go out on loan or be moved on.

Completely agree. Good to see these lads in a proper match that doesn’t really matter.

A big part of this second half is that Preston have realised that they can pin us back because we have no outball. Mayenda at least competed with the Cardiff defenders.

I don't want to wait until the deadline for a forward to come in, we needed one 4 days ago.

They were and a good point but we’ve got 45 games yet. I see similarities with Browne on how he drives us forward but brownes experience will keep him in. I think he’ll be looking at jobes position to take who’s only 18 too and needs to be managed better than last season. I think AA will have the biggest concerns out of the midfielders looking at tonight, Ekwah did Neil’s role okay tonight imo.

I think he goes before the window closes. Wouldn't be arsed at all either.
