I can’t help but think that O’Riley might require at least one sale that hasn’t happened yet that we were expecting to have happened by now - be it ABK, KWP, Onuachu or Alcaraz And we can’t move until that happens so might miss out

DM coming in on loan, That frees up Shea Charles to Celtic. ABK announcement of his imminent departure is close, those funds allow us to pursue MoR. We strengthen two fold by bringing in a better DM and MoR. that leaves us one loan spot for a GK or a Striker. And hopefully with another Sale Onuachu/Alcaraz we can bring in another top quality addition up front.
They’ve signed someone for less than half the price who seems less attacking so it’s not guaranteed that he is an alternative. But perhaps their finances don’t stretch either. They might need a Koopmeiners sale

I thought I understood it as you could bring in more than 2 loans, you just couldn't register them. I guess if this Mandela is under 21 though it might not matter.
