I always thought this would work well home and away – and bring out the best of our Viking heritage!

i do think we need to make sure the team knows that we believe in them
and to inspire them
take inspiration from this
so theres no doubt that they believe we believe they can win

Not overly butch and, “I believe that we will win” could be a stretch for some games : )

Great for teenagers at a Justin Bieber concert though : )

I like the BOM, BOM – HULL…….….. etc better, as it is strong yet nicely non committal ; )

Maybe Field Marshal Lord Kitchener’s famous finger pointing poster with added Tigers scarf and a surgical glove – saying "The NHS needs you at home games!"

Taking the piss?
 
People always want to propose new gimmicky ideas for improving the atmosphere.

I think the biggest factor in our atmosphere in recent years is simply the mood of the crowd. When there is something on the line and we're pushing, we're very loud. When we're struggling and creating nothing, it's silent. We had both of these extremes on Saturday. I don't think you can fix that with new ideas or gimmicks. We simply need more people making a noise in support of the team when they're struggling, like we have at certain other times.

I know its not all of them. But the North gets hyped up when its a bunch of kids on their phones half the time not making any noise. I know some do try make an effort but they need to do a bit more some games
