From what I can tell, Smug went on and riled a few feathers. BRB said he'd thread ban Smug. So Bombshell then came on and said can he forum ban his lot from our board. At which point Bombshell got a perma-ban.

Weird behaviour the lot of ya. But it seems over the top.

The blue mod ****er has for a while been spreading **** about me. Utter lies. He’s also fond of deleting and editing my posts to make me seem different to how I’m coming across.

You wanna talk about snides, you need to look at him as your starting point.

We have to accept people from other forums coming on here, insulting or otherwise, but that doesn't seem to apply to me posting elsewhere. When I did I was jumped on despite saying nothing untoward then you've banned me from posting there. No explanation was given and I didn't even realise until someone else mentioned it, I'd become bored with it and hadn't gone back on.

Now it seems a popular, longstanding Sunderland poster, has been totally banned, again I don't know why ...

I never usually go on there, it's the same tedious 'banter' day after day. Someone, from there posted on our similar thread regarding the riots. It's now vanished so someone's playing games. I went over there to comment on the situation and was jumped on for no good reason. Some were reasonable, some weren't. I was ordered to leave the board but I'd already lost interest so stopped posting. I was told, the next day, I'd been thread banned <laugh>

And that's all there is to it.

I would hope not, though I must confess that I have not looked at every single post. Hopefully there is a simple explanation as to why this happened, and it can be easily corrected. We can then return to a normal, happy little group in a very short period of time.

That Premier League board reminds me a bit of Skunkers. I can't criticise because I used to go on Skunkers myself, but it's a bit tired now...
 
Blondes a fair poster. I have had many disagreements with him however it's always been in line and never stepped over it.

It's essential that the ban hammer is used as a last resort and represents an equality of governance of the forum. If that isn't happening, it destroys the purpose of the place.
