Transfer window doesn't close til the 30th August. Most deals seem to be done much closer to it shutting, especially the loaning of PL players to lower league clubs. Think it should close before season kicks off, but thar's a whole other argument.
Celar was playing in the Euros, he came on briefly in our last friendly, most players who played in the knockout rounds are still on holiday.
