I don't disagree, but one solution is to tackle the root causes, which the interview at the moment is not doing.

The root cause is 14 years of education cuts, stopping the upcoming and current generations from developing critical thinking and blaming every problem on people with next to nothing. That's the route cause. Every problem we're currently facing is down to 14 years of self serving pm's
