Yeah, so why didn't they stop the mayhem, in the same way they would have with football fans? I think there was even a dispersal order from previous nights trouble for them not to be there, so they should have shepherd them back to where they came from.
I haven't really followed the story. Was it an organised party or something cobbled together on tiktok ? If it was organised, then like football clubs, the organisers would have to pay for Policing and get local council clearance etc to manage the event safely. There will be a policing plan in place and specific routes mapped out to shepherd fans in the direction Police want them to go. Otherwise yeah, if there was a dispersal order in place, the Old Bill should have just been putting them back on trains and sending them back home.
