Having looked at the doubles teams I think one of the specialist doubles teams will win the gold, rather than 2 good singles players paired together. No idea if odds become available nearer the time but if they did I would have a bet on Mektic and Pavic for Croatia, Krawietz and Puetz for Germany and Bolelli and Vavassori for Italy. All the well known singles players being involved will hopefully take up the top of the market and allow for good odds for the unknown doubles players
