The gypsy beaten on centre court by some no mark. She started a bit slow, could maybe have been doing with playing some doubles yesterday to keep her sharp and on her toes.

I forgot we now play on Sundays. No British players make it into the second week but promising signs that Emma is back competing. She was cruising before this match and had just levelled up before the stumble.

When she blew him out, couldn't Andy have teamed up with someone else? Think they agreed to pair up after the tournament began. Annyway, maybe he'll turn up for doubles next year.

Nah theres a deadline for submitting doubles teams, once the deadline passes then no new teams can be formed.

Sad to say but Emily Ratatouille was a one-off hit wonder.

So the Nigels are now safe to call her a Roma Canadian as she will never win anything ever again <ok>
 
There was talk that Murray would only be playing the doubles, no idea if thats still the case or not. He might give it one last go in the singles but it being played on clay isn’t ideal for him and the movement needed.

News just in,not playing in the singles but will play in the doubles.
