The bottom half of the champ doesn’t have a Rotherham or Wednesday under Munoz to rely on. The 3 coming up are all strengthening. That team 100% finishes in a scrap
That side is definitely in a scrap, it's not only threadbare, but we're also having to play lads out of position to field an 11.
Its.probably irrelevant though as there will be key positions strengthened by the time the gloves come off.

I think folk will be a lot more reassured when it starts to happen. This depleted at this stage isn't exactly ideal. You still want players to have some sense of cohesion going into the opening day, which gets more difficult the later they arrive.

I was just more making the point that we still have some very decent players in the squad.
Jones, Coyle, Slater, Seri, Oscar at least all very capable of being part of a decent XI at this level.

I wonder if the change of manager and the complete squad restructure is putting a bit more doubt in players minds.
It's a bit of a leap of faith to commit to us at the moment, but hopefully that changes once the ball starts rolling.
Don't think the majority are moaning just yet, but last night's events certainly highlighted the work to be done.
Its totally normal to have a squad of 15 with most being non first choice 3 weeks until the season goes
